During the surgery, circular exsections of the mucous membrane areas on each cheek are made within the patient’s oral cavity. Some pieces of the fat body are removed at the incision site. Then, external stitches are put on the marked mucous membrane on the cheek, which leads to incarceration of the treated area and, as a result, the dimple is formed.
