During the surgery, an incision is made at the top of the buttocks, then the sagging skin is pulled taut. Excess skin and fatty tissue are incised. The buttock lift is carried out due to the removal of tissues and the special internal stitching as well. The incision is made in the infrabuttock crease when the surgery is combined with the tight lift. At the end of the surgery, the wounds are sutured with cosmetic stitches and special compression garments are put on.
