Official rules for participation in the activation of Certus and Dr. Dudikova on Facebook and Instagram
1. Organizational conditions:
1.1. Activation takes place on the pages of the Certus and Dr. Dudikova Clinic on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/certus.com.ua/ and https://www.facebook.com/DudikovaKateryna) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/certus_plastic/ and https://www.instagram.com/dr.dudikova/)
1.2. The activation period is from November 28 to December 19, 23:59 2019 inclusive. Results will be announced on December 20, 2019.
1.3. Organizer – PP “Kiev City Center of Plastic Microsurgery and Aesthetic Medicine Certus”
2. Terms of participation in activation:
2.1. In order to participate in the activation, it is necessary to fulfill the activation conditions: subscribe to the pages of the Certus clinic (https://www.instagram.com/certus_plastic/), Dr.Dudikova (https://www.instagram.com/dr.dudikova/) and the clinic of Doctor Dudikova (https://www.instagram.com/dr.dudikova_clinic/) on Instagram and indicate the name of the plastic surgery in the comment under the post.
2.2. Each participant can post any number of comments.
2.3. All citizens of Ukraine are invited to participate in the activation.
2.4. Taking part in the activation, the participant confirms the fact of familiarization with these Rules of the competition and his full and unconditional agreement with them.
3. Promotion (gifts) of activation:
3.1. The winner receives the right to undergo plastic surgery in the Certus Clinic from the chief surgeon of the clinic, Professor Pinchuk Vasily Dmitrievich. The gift includes the operation itself, all consumables, anesthesia and a stay in the ward for 1 day. Only the cost of implants is paid separately (depending on the operation).
The winner will be determined among all participants in the activation using a special resource www.random.org on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the Resource) in a way that excludes the possibility of any person influencing the results of such a draw. Based on the results of the draw, the Resource will automatically determine the participant who acquires the right to receive the Promotion, provided that all activation conditions are met.
3.2. An activation gift is not exchangeable or refundable. It can not be transferred to third parties. Cash and / or any other gift compensation will not be issued.
3.3. Information about the recipient of the activation gift will be posted on Certus and Dr. Dudikova’s Facebook pages (https://www.facebook.com/certus.com.ua/ and https://www.facebook.com/DudikovaKateryna) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/certus_plastic/ and https://www.instagram.com/dr.dudikova/)
3.4. To receive a gift, the Winner must contact the page administrator (by writing a message).
4. Other conditions:
4.1. In the event of a situation that allows an ambiguous interpretation of these rules, any disputed issues and / or issues not regulated by these rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer.
4.2. The organizer reserves the right to make changes and additions to the terms and conditions of the competition with their mandatory publication on the page.
4.3. The organizer is not responsible for the accuracy of the information received from the bidders.
